In this video, McCahill Painting Company technicians are applying the first coat of paint to a bare precast concrete building in Lake Zurich, IL. Prior to the paint being applied, the building was thoroughly power washed removed the concrete of all construction residue, dirt, dust and other atmospheric contaminants that would interfere with proper paint adhesion.
