Re-skinning Edmonton's Skyline

Edmonton architecture firm Manasc Isaac is hosting a series of “reimagine” summits in Alberta to look at replacing the drab precast concrete of our downtown cores with glassy new skins. The towers will be more energy efficient, more cost-effective, and much, much more attractive; and nothing, theoretically, has to be torn down. The clothing metaphor book-ending the video has a blessedly short though regrettable clip of a man in tighty whities.
