Baker — Central Bucks School Board Region 3 cdbaker@comcast.net Served on Central Bucks School Board 20 yrs, Board Pres. for 5 & Chair of the Finance Committee for another 7. Have broad expertise of public education finances. Upon taking office was asked to develop the district’s first 5 year financial plan – still in use today. Initiated purchase of Verizon Airport property for a bus terminal vs. the Concrete Pipe facility in New Britain . Saved 2.5M. Also saved on promoting out sourcing of district food service, buses to vendor and many other projects. Education: Rider College from 1963 — 67. My goal is to represent the taxpayers of Buckingham never forgetting that I have been elected by them and not the school district Family: Three grown sons all college graduates.
